Construction Solicitor - Contentious

Job Summary:

Sellick Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Construction Solicitor with contentious construction law experience to join their in-house legal team on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest construction companies in the world, responsible for major projects across the globe. As a Construction Solicitor, you will be taking on a varied caseload of contentious construction law matters from a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting contentious matters including adjudications
  • Supervising external solicitors
  • Assisting with training and know-how within the business
  • Advising on the day-to-day conduct of adjudications and smaller disputes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in contentious construction law and be able to demonstrate your expertise in this area. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
