**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our FM division, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients across the UK.

**Responsibilities**

• Respond to reactive calls and carry out first fix where possible, ensuring minimum downtime.

• Perform all planned maintenance tasks as per program and maintain accurate records of works planned and completed.

• Ensure the site is kept in good order, both internally and externally, and complete tasks in a timely manner.

• Work within all Health and Safety criteria and processes relevant to work activities.

• Demonstrate a proactive approach to Health & Safety and take necessary steps to mitigate risks.

• Provide excellent customer care and workmanship, ensuring high standards are maintained.

• Be flexible and undertake other reasonable duties to accommodate operational requirements.

• Work from a call-out rota when required.

**Requirements**

• Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works/tasks completed within KPIs.

• Repairs following a Periodic Electrical Installation Condition Report, including minor works certification.

• 18th Edition certification is essential.

• NVQ level 3 qualification.

• 2391 certification.
