We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Pension Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Jigsaw Homes Group. As a key member of our Payroll Team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient service throughout the Group, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and pension functions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with and process all functions of the Payroll Team, including payroll and pension administration, statutory payments, and holiday back pay.
- Deal with the Payroll and Driver Checks inbox, monthly communications, and processing timesheets, callouts, mileage & expenses.
- Process driver checks for employees and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with the Group Payroll & Pensions Manager and Senior Payroll Coordinators to achieve team goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in payroll and pension administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
