About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join our highly rated and Tier 1 ranked National Construction Disputes team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the team, you will engage in the full range of contentious construction and engineering matters, advising clients on sector-defining dispute resolution work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on mitigation strategies, mediation, arbitration, and litigation in contentious construction and engineering matters.
  • Work with cutting-edge businesses, advising construction and engineering clients on complex and challenging cases.
  • Develop high-level stakeholder management, adaptability, and resilience skills, working directly alongside Partners who are regarded internationally as go-to-names in the profession.
  • Contribute to the growth of the team, working in a friendly and supportive environment, and supporting junior colleagues in their development.
About You
  • An ambitious construction litigation lawyer with at least 5+ years of relevant PQE.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work with clients spanning the full spectrum of sectors and scale.
  • Commercially aware and knowledgeable about the current construction and engineering law landscape.
