About the Role

Frossell Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for representing the company in your designated territory and accounts, supporting the Regional Commercial Manager in achieving overall strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver all pre and post-sales activities for Haematology and Haemostasis equipment and services.
  • Manage Managed Service Contract (MSC) portfolio, including third-party business to support overall solutions.
  • Develop winning bid strategies and ensure quality tender responses.
  • Drive excellence in service delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a champion for the customer.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and ensure timely renewal of customer annual purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and deliver accurate business reports.
Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Engage in pre-tender business development activities and influence tender development through the company's value propositions.
  • Provide feedback on market developments and contribute to strategic business decisions.
Performance Management:
  • Monitor and manage sales performance, providing detailed forecasts and updates.
  • Support the Regional Commercial Manager with timely reports on business progress and market feedback.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a direct sales role involving complex sales/tenders in the diagnostics industry.
  • Previous experience of Key account Management in the Vitro Diagnostics industry.
  • Life science degree or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Negotiation and influencing skills with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Innovative and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
