Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be accountable for the proactive management and expansion of assigned Channel Partners. This role entails identifying growth strategies to enhance partner profitability across a range of company offerings.
This position demands a high level of motivation, effective prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while swiftly acquiring and retaining product knowledge.
Success in this role hinges on the ability to collaborate with various internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a designated portfolio of Channel Partners within the EMEA region, serving as the primary point of contact and delivering industry-leading customer service.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to strengthen partnerships, focusing on the protection, security, and growth of accounts.
- Collaborate with the business development team to assess current market share and formulate a clear growth strategy to enhance business with the company.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to establish trust and become a valued advisor.
- Gain comprehensive understanding of key accounts, including their business objectives and focus areas.
- Monitor customer profitability on a monthly and yearly basis, providing reports to your Line Manager.
- Identify significant customer opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services and solutions.
- Prepare CRM quotations to maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure the CRM is updated with customer and opportunity details.
- Manage the sales pipeline, conducting regular follow-ups and updating the likelihood of closing deals throughout the sales cycle.
- Adhere to established sales processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns to drive revenue growth with support from the Business Development Manager.
- Effectively promote the company's Value Added Services.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual SMART KPIs.
- Collaborate with Business Development Specialists, Operations, Airtime, Pre-sales Technical Engineers, Finance Business Partners, and other teams to support your efforts.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in account management is essential.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or sales operations.
- Background in the satellite, communications, or technology sectors is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Consultative selling skills are an advantage.
- Understanding of business dynamics and the ability to appreciate the customer's business fully.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve high performance.
- Capable of executing sales initiatives and closing business deals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills.
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- Opportunity to achieve 30% OTE commission based on KPIs.
