Regional Account Executive - Sports & Fitness

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in East Anglia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing distribution of our products in the fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the fitness industry, including gym owners and managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and increase distribution of Red Bull products.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the shopper team, brand team, and field marketing team, to execute regional activations and drive sales.
  • Manage and maintain a database of fitness industry contacts and relationships.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the National Sales Manager.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the fitness industry, with a strong understanding of the market and key players.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales growth.
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel 80-90% of the time.
