We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary School teacher to join our team on a regular supply basis in Wellingborough.
As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of education in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
Your Responsibilities- Implement lesson plans provided by regular classroom teachers or develop your own lesson plans when necessary.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students to help with their success.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain discipline in line with school policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to address student needs and maintain consistency in instruction.
- Provide feedback to regular classroom teachers regarding student progress and any other details.
- QTS or ECT status (desirable but not essential)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Resourcefulness and enthusiasm
- To keep up to date with the National Curriculum
- Two reliable references
