Job Overview

As a Geography Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their Geography lessons, providing guidance and expertise to help them achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality Geography lessons to students across Key Stages 3-5
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Provide individualized support to students who require additional help and guidance
  • Collaborate with the Humanities department to ensure seamless integration of Geography into the curriculum
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Excellent academic background in Geography, including a degree from a top UK University
  • High grades at GCSE and A-Level in Geography
  • Strong subject knowledge of the UK curriculum and ability to create engaging lesson plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
