About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join HR Spectrum as an HR Business Partner, working in a customer-focused company that combines innovation and technology in its product design. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a vital role in driving HR initiatives to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own designated area of the business, handling end-to-end recruitment, including onboarding and inductions.
  • Support and advise Line Managers on Employment Relations (ER), including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
  • Provide guidance and support on policies and procedures, monitoring and managing absence, and supporting Line Management on short and long-term sickness.
  • Work closely with Line Management to identify and support training needs across the designated area, promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Contribute to wider strategic HR projects across the business, leveraging your expertise in employment law and best practice.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification or studying towards, with solid HR generalist experience.
  • Manufacturing or retail experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills, juggling priorities, and managing expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and proficiency in MS 365, SharePoint, and HR systems.
