About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. This will involve assisting with personal care, providing emotional support, and helping with daily living tasks and activities.

You will work closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to our management team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, and who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Help with daily living tasks and activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
  • Work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care
  • Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns to management

Requirements

  • Experience in care and support work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
