Programme Manager Opportunity

Cherry Professional - Relationship Led Recruitment is seeking a skilled Programme Manager to join our team on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver the client's Fit for the Future (FFTF) transformational programme, encompassing process, technical, and cultural change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with resource managers to ensure sufficient resources, capacity, and technical skills are available to deliver the Programme, identifying additional skills or development areas required to enhance delivery.
  • Lead Programme planning and implementation, including financial management and reporting.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to deliver the Programme in the most efficient manner, minimizing cost to the public purse.
  • Interact closely with Project Managers, ensuring alignment of project progress with overall Programme delivery.
  • Support technical design, specification, and management of relevant contracts to ensure optimum, timely, and good value contract awards.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to deliver IT efficiency savings and reduce delivery costs.
  • Remain aware of and fluent in technology developments within areas of expertise.
