Electronics R&D Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electronics R&D Engineer to join our team at a leading company in the analytical equipment industry. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative electronic solutions for our equipment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop digital signal processing algorithms and embedded software for our analytical equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and correct analytical equipment with an electronics focus
  • Work with digital signal processors, pneumatic parts, and infra-red optics to enhance equipment performance
  • Develop expertise in working with DSP, A to D converters, and serial interfaces such as I2C, SPI, USB, and RS232
  • Contribute to the development of new products and improvements to existing ones
Requirements:
  • Relevant academic background in Electronics or Physics
  • Significant experience working with digital hardware and embedded software, preferably in the scientific industry
  • Expertise in working with DSP and A to D converters, as well as familiarity with serial interfaces
  • Knowledge of pneumatics is highly beneficial
  • Ability to work well as a team and communicate complex engineering ideas effectively
