Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Based Supervisor to join our team in the debt recovery industry. As a Field Based Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of debt recovery agents and ensuring that they are meeting their performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of debt recovery agents to achieve performance targets
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to improve agent performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve debt recovery rates and reduce customer complaints
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Monitor and report on team performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in debt recovery or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
