Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join their team. As a key member of the consultancy, you will play a crucial role in leading projects and engaging in development management and policy work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage planning applications of all scales, including planning appeals and Local Plan representations.
  • Lead on site promotion, Local Plan Examination, and public inquiry work.
  • Develop and implement development plans and policies.
  • Supervise junior members of the planning team and assist Directors with office management.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Planning.
  • Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
  • Substantial professional experience in private sector consultancy or a mixture with public sector and client-side roles.
