About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support and training to our clients and internal teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills to operate and maintain our equipment.
- Managing and organizing training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant records.
- Performing repairs and servicing on our equipment, including fault finding and component-level repairs, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Ensuring service and repair processes meet our company standards, maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Handling customer queries and providing technical support via phone and email, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Maintaining and monitoring loan equipment, ensuring it is ready for use and meeting client expectations.
- Collaborating with internal teams on technical issues and participating in regular service meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Completing administrative tasks using our company systems, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar service or repair role, with a strong understanding of technical principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Technical ability to diagnose and repair at a component level, with training and certification in relevant areas.
- Proficient in using computer systems for service and repair records, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Experience in a regulated industry is a plus, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
- UK driving license required for travel to client sites.
