Position Summary:

In the role of Channel Director, you will be instrumental in broadening the company's presence by onboarding and managing a diverse array of strategic partners. While your primary focus will be on the UK market, experience in other European regions is essential. The ideal candidate will have a solid history of cultivating and maintaining relationships with partners targeting large enterprises, ensuring they contribute substantial value and growth.

Key Duties:

  • Formulate and implement a detailed channel strategy for the UK, with additional emphasis on Europe.
  • Identify, onboard, and oversee pivotal partners to boost sales and extend market reach.
  • Collaborate with partners to create go-to-market strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Engage closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to facilitate partner success.
  • Track and analyze partner performance, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in channel management within the security vendor sector.
  • Demonstrated success in onboarding and managing partners focused on large enterprises.
  • Robust network of contacts within the UK and other European regions.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
