Seeking an Experienced Nursing Home Manager for a New Venture in Great Yarmouth

We are proud to introduce a new nursing home in Great Yarmouth, offering a serene and luxurious environment for residents. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care and support to residents, and meeting financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of care services
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the home provides high-quality care and support to residents, meeting the highest standards of care and compliance
  • Meet financial targets and maintain full occupancy, driving business growth and profitability
  • Have the autonomy to guide the home towards an Outstanding CQC rating, leading a dedicated team of professionals
  • Be familiar with all relevant legislation and regulations regarding nursing homes, ensuring compliance and adherence
Requirements:
  • Previous experience managing a nursing home, with a proven track record of success
  • A strong working knowledge of CQC standards, with a proven record of working towards achieving Outstanding ratings
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external professionals, families, and visitors
  • A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful care home
  • An enthusiasm and passion for developing high levels of person-centred care, with a commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences
  • The ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the service, driving innovation and improvement
  • An NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience is desirable but not essential
