About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ELCORA ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PLLC. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment to prevent machine downtime and ensure the safety of our colleagues.
  • Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse, utilizing the latest tools and techniques to maximize equipment effectiveness.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues to undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks, such as painting and plumbing, and liaise with contractors as needed.
  • Support the development and progression of on-site apprentices, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across our global network of fulfillment centers.
About the Team

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is dedicated to maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers. We work together to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, and we are committed to delivering exceptional results.

Requirements
  • Served a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject.
  • Relevant experience as a qualified engineer, with a strong background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing.
