About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estates Project Manager to join our team at Leigh Academies Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that each academy is maintained and developed to support the Trust's educational vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver capital projects across multiple academies, including refurbishments, remodelling, maintenance, new builds, and extensions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external teams, including architects, surveyors, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £45,281 - £49,634 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • 25 days annual leave per annum plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with length of service.
