Job Summary

Radiant Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our Marketing Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing, monitoring, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2 instances, VPCs, S3 buckets, CloudFront and other relevant services.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, system configurations, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to assess support requests, project work, and implement best practices.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for system outages, incidents, and other technical issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience managing and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficient in using the terminal for system administration tasks, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with infrastructure, tools, and supporting ecosystem, such as Tomcat, Jetty, Apache, Maven, Nexus, Jenkins, Elasticsearch, etc.
  • Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and its architecture.
  • Experience with development tools and task-runners, such as Webpack, Parcel, etc.
  • Experience with Git or alternative version control systems and standard methodologies.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues with Docker containers.
  • Agile development practices.
  • Working knowledge of Jira or other task/bug tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes.
