Morson Talent is currently in search of an Electrical Systems Technician to join our team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting testing, repairs, configuration management, maintenance, and calibration of both electrical systems and associated testing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the electrical systems workshop to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure training records are current.
  • Follow directives from workshop management and communicate effectively with both military and industry stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators within the workshop environment.

We are looking for individuals who can contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs and waste while optimizing processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, and familiarity with software tools such as C-IETP, Resolve, SAM's, and SAP.
  • Strong manual skills, including soldering and crimping, along with knowledge of wiring standards and regulations.
  • Ability to innovate and enhance technical solutions while adhering to regulatory requirements.
