We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant. This part-time position involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including changing bed linen, making beds, and disposing of rubbish
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and mops, to maintain floors and surfaces
  • Dust, wipe, and clean surfaces, including furniture and fixtures
  • Ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected to meet company standards
  • Clean bathrooms, including communal areas
  • Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the line manager
  • Adhere to all site and company health, safety, and environmental requirements

Requirements:

  • DBS clearance
  • Excellent team player
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
