**About the Role**
As a Kitchen Team Leader at Greene King, you will be responsible for leading a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our customers. You will be the driving force behind maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene in the kitchen.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare, cook, and present food that meets our high standards and customer expectations
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
* Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service to ensure everything runs smoothly
