Your primary focus will be on managing the renewals process, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of service for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the renewal process for a lucrative portfolio of commercial clients, particularly within the construction industry.
  • Perform detailed risk assessments and deliver customized insurance solutions to address potential risks.
  • Engage in negotiations with underwriters to secure the best possible terms and coverage for clients.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, serving as a reliable advisor.
  • Keep abreast of industry regulations, market dynamics, and product innovations.
  • Meet and exceed targets for new business acquisition and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial insurance broking, with a preference for experience in construction-related policies.
  • A comprehensive understanding of construction-related risks, contractual obligations, and risk management practices.
  • Strong technical knowledge of policy wording, endorsements, and claims processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in insurance management software, ideally Acturis.
  • A dedication to providing exceptional client service and achieving growth objectives.
