Location: East Sussex
Salary:
- Level 1: NJC Support East Sussex Grade 2 SCP 4 £22,366 FTE, Term time plus INSET days
- Level 2: NJC Support East Sussex Grade 5 SCP 12 £23,893 FTE, Term time plus INSET days
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging educational programs tailored for students who may struggle in traditional classroom settings.
- Utilize therapeutic teaching methods to foster a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Assist students facing challenges related to behavior, emotions, learning, and social communication.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their highest potential.
