Electrical Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, contractors, and your team to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage electrical building projects to meet all objectives, develop and keep track of project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Client Management: Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Site Management: Visit sites regularly to check on progress and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project updates and financial reports.
  • Risk Management: Identify and solve any project risks or issues quickly.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in building services.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent project management skills, great communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
