About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts
  • Liaise with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements and resolve queries
  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with general administration duties, including preparing reports and updating customer records
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery expectations and resolve any issues
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or administration environment
  • Business fluency in English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, particularly MS Excel
  • Understanding of the sales process and the importance of customer satisfaction
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
