Lettings Negotiator / Administrator

Nexus ERP is seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator / Administrator to join their team in Manchester. As a key member of the Lettings department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Marketing and Advertising: Maintain and update listings on various property portals, including Jupiter, Unihomes, Rightmove, and Manchester Student Homes.
  • Lead Enquiries and Viewings: Manage lead enquiries, conduct viewings, and provide excellent customer service to applicants.
  • Tenant Applications and Administration: Process tenant applications, conduct credit checks, and complete relevant paperwork, including guarantor details.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
Requirements:
  • Lettings Experience: Proven experience in lettings, with a strong understanding of the lettings process.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and applicants.
  • Organisation and Problem-Solving: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and resolve problems efficiently.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in using IT systems, including property management software.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm
