Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various air conditioning systems, including splits, multi-splits, VRVs, and VRFs.
  • Perform general building services tasks as required.
  • Adhere to a standard working schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Utilize a company vehicle and fuel card, with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Maintenance or Facilities Management setting.
