Job Title: Team Coordinator

Thera Trust is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Bolton. As a Team Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with a learning disability to achieve their personal goals and live the lives they choose.

About the Role

As a Team Coordinator, you will work closely with your Community Support Leader to manage teams of Support Workers and achieve objectives in delivering complex support to adults with a learning disability in a community setting. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining effective support plans
  • Creating rotas and conducting regular staff supervisions and observations
  • Ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate and CQC regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a senior role within the care industry, supporting individuals with a learning disability
  • Experience in managing, supervising, or team coordination in Supported living
  • A strong knowledge of the Care Inspectorate and CQC regulations
  • Compassionate, caring, and confident individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills
