Job Opportunity: Maintenance Engineer

KineticPlc is seeking an experienced mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer to join an expanding team on a permanent basis in the Hexham area with an immediate start available.

Salary: £37,100 + on call allowance = £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

* Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
* Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
* Carry out quality inspections on jobs
* Liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues
* Ideally from a heavy industrial background
* Driving license

Requirements:

* Strong mechanical knowledge and experience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
