We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Executive to join our team at The Goat Agency. As a key member of our influencer marketing team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our campaigns, working closely with our Account Managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and meeting client objectives.
  • Developing compelling proposals for prospective clients, leveraging expertise in influencers and creative strategies.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers in client communications and playing a key role in client presentations.
  • Overseeing campaign success by managing KPIs, budgets across multiple campaigns, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Providing in-depth campaign reports and working with Account Managers to maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in planning and executing influencer campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience in delegating and prioritizing a constantly changing workload.
  • Competent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and calmly under pressure.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics (impressions, reach, engagements).
  • Bilingual in German.
