Key Responsibilities- Asset Consolidation: Consolidate and organize our vast collection of digital assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Metadata Management: Develop and implement a robust metadata management system to ensure accurate and consistent asset tagging.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to our teams on the effective use of our digital asset management system.
- IP Rights and Compliance: Manage and ensure compliance with intellectual property rights and usage restrictions.
- Asset Digitization: Digitize large volumes of analog assets and refine existing digital assets to ensure consistency and quality.
- Brandfolder Management: Curate and structure our Brandfolder 'Collections', including the development of Virgin Red's Brandfolder.
- Collaboration and Compliance: Collaborate with our Legal and IT teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements, including IP, GDPR, consent, and retention policies.
- User Guides and Support: Develop and maintain user guides, provide training, and serve as the primary point of contact for Brandfolder-related inquiries.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital asset management, with a strong understanding of Brandfolder or equivalent software.
- Training and Support: Experience in delivering engaging and informative training to teams and individuals.
- IP Rights and Compliance: Strong understanding of intellectual property rights and asset security.
- Process Improvement: Self-motivated with a track record of improving digital asset management processes and systems.
- Proficiency: Proficiency in image/video sharing services and digitizing analog assets.
- Asset Migration: Experience in asset migration between systems.
- Organizational and Project Management: Proven organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
