You will collaborate with a cohesive team of General Practitioners, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Pharmacists, and a robust administrative staff who uphold supportive values.
Our practice is committed to training and development, actively supporting GP trainees and nursing students, and we take pride in fostering a positive and nurturing training atmosphere.
We work in partnership with our Primary Care Network (PCN) colleagues to address and improve local health disparities.
Our practice received a 'Good' rating from the Care Quality Commission in July 2021.
We operate from a newly extended facility with ample free off-road parking available.
Main Responsibilities of the RoleWe are seeking a permanent General Practitioner with the following qualities to join our expanding team:
- Proficient and experienced
- Collaborative team player
As a training practice, we are eager to support potential trainers. The role includes managing 26 scheduled appointments per day, with sufficient administrative time allocated throughout.
About Our OrganizationWe serve a growing patient base of 15,000 and are proud of our supportive team environment. Our team consists of 2 GP Partners, both actively involved in local LMC and Federation initiatives, along with 5 other regular GPs.
Our Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician assist with medication inquiries, reviews, and reconciling medications from discharge documentation.
Additionally, we have a full-time Nurse Practitioner who addresses minor illnesses and injuries.
Our First Contact Practitioners specialize in managing musculoskeletal issues.
We utilize the TPP Systm1 clinical system and benefit from a highly supportive clinical and administrative team.
