About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Account Co-Ordinator to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective financial planning and analysis support to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply a proactive, forward-looking mindset to daily activities, identifying opportunities for value creation.
  • Attend management meetings and present financial results, proactively flagging risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee Income Statement reporting, including analysis and commentary for relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform root cause analysis, including Staff Costs, Margins, Billing Ratio/Non Productive time.
  • Prepare management reporting commentary and ad hoc financial reporting as required.
  • Manage the budgeting/forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and buy-in from business leaders.
About You

We are looking for a strong academic background with a 2.1 or better in a relevant degree, ideally Qualified ACA/CIMA or another relevant professional qualification in finance. Proven commercial finance/business partnering experience within a consultancy is essential.

You will have good understanding of project accounting/financial/management accounting principles, robust analytical & modelling skills, and experience with Group ERP systems.
