Void Labourer Job Description

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a skilled Void Labourer to join their team on a temporary contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and clearing empty properties to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and clearing empty properties
  • Disposing of items within the properties
  • Clearing gardens and other areas
  • Using petrol-powered equipment
  • General grounds maintenance

Requirements:

  • Experience of undertaking cleaning of domestic properties
  • Experience with lifting bulky household items
  • Knowledge and experience of working within the limits of all Health and Safety legislation relevant to the building industry
  • UK driving license

What We Offer:

  • Between £16 to £18 per hour paid weekly
  • At least a 3-month contract with potential for longer
  • Use of company vehicle in the day
