We are currently embarking on an exciting initiative to upgrade our existing CRM system. This project, utilizing the GOSS Digital Platform, offers the chance to develop enhanced and accessible digital services, often integrating with back-office systems, for a diverse customer base. Familiarity with the following GOSS components would be beneficial:

  • Forms
  • Integration & Endpoints
  • Advanced Workflow

In addition to various web application projects, the team is responsible for:

  • Delivering comprehensive support adhering to defined standards and service levels for web application development
  • Designing and executing application enhancements
  • Conducting necessary scheduled maintenance
  • Offering guidance and support to business units regarding the adoption of new digital technologies.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and developing websites that provide functional services for customers, communities, and stakeholders, with a focus on usability, accessibility, performance, and security
  • Relevant qualifications in web development or programming
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: ASP.NET, JavaScript/ECMAScript (both client and server side)
