About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will support the deployment of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) from the UK. As a key member of the Callen-Lenz team, you will be part of a long-term partnership with a trusted customer, delivering high-quality training and operational services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Programme Management: Create and schedule training content for UAS projects, ensuring all colleagues are trained in a timely manner in line with project requirements.
  • Training Compliance: Ensure training compliance is met at all times, and training is regularly reviewed and updated as necessary.
  • Training Records: Maintain detailed records of training and ensure all UAS competencies are correct.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider flight operations team to ensure training for the program is aligned with wider business training standards.
  • Operational Process Development: Assist in the development of operational processes and procedures, ensuring quality in all aspects of operating activities.
Requirements
  • UAS Experience: Evidence of relevant UAS training experience and experience in a similar role.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to create high-quality and detailed documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Operational Environment: Experience working in an operational environment.
