Job Overview

Weredog, a leading adult product design and production facility, is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join its team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual content, including social media posts, marketing materials, and merchandise designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visually appealing and brand-consistent social media content, including posts, stories, and banners, to engage our audience.
  • Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email templates, and online ads that align with our brand identity and support our promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across all design projects, ensuring that all content adheres to Weredog's brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and tools into your work to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including social media, marketing materials, and merchandise.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and improve designs accordingly.
  • Experience in the adult toy industry or similar fields is a plus but not required.
