About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Rapid Assessment Specialist at the Somewhere Safe to Stay Hub within the Street Homeless Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting street homeless clients and those at risk of homelessness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome street homeless clients and those at risk of homelessness into temporary housing and connect them with relevant support services and specialists.
  • Create pathways into longer-term housing, such as the private sector.
  • Maintain the accommodation and prepare meals for clients.

Requirements

  • Valid DBS and references.
  • Availability for an immediate start and full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:45.
