Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Bar Team Member to join our team at Ye Olde Griffin Hotel. As a Bar Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality food and drink, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Prepare and serve our high-quality food and drink, making recommendations to elevate guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be at least 18 years old, as it involves the sale of alcohol. You'll need to be a people person, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
