Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Sequence UK Ltd incorporating Barnard Marcus - Brown & Merry - Fox & Sons - William H Brown. As a key member of our estate agency team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the estate agency industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel as required.
