Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of our software solutions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on backend systems and cloud computing. You will have experience with PHP, AWS, and cloud-based technologies, as well as a passion for software development and a desire to lead and mentor a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  3. Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our software solutions remain competitive
  5. Work closely with our product team to ensure our software solutions meet customer needs and expectations
