Simply Education Ltd is seeking a qualified educator to join a specialized educational setting in Prenton.

This role involves teaching students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 across various subjects, focusing on their further academic development.

This institution caters to learners with ADHD, ASD, and SEMH challenges.

The provision is designed for young individuals aged 11-14 who have faced difficulties in their educational journey and require support to re-engage with their studies while enhancing their self-esteem and confidence.

The primary objective of the institution is to equip students with essential knowledge and skills, fostering better coping mechanisms and emotional understanding through a collaborative approach and personalized therapeutic interventions.

With a maximum capacity of 32 students, currently accommodating 12, the setting ensures a tailored educational experience for each learner.

Students are instructed in small groups of 3-5, allowing for a high staff-to-student ratio.

Additionally, the facility includes a beauty and hairdressing area where students can pursue vocational qualifications at levels 1 and 2.

The institution also emphasizes life skills development through various activities, including equestrian experiences and team-building exercises.

As the appointed numeracy educator, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum, while addressing the unique needs of each student.

Collaboration with teaching assistants will be essential to challenge student learning, boost confidence, and cultivate a passion for mathematics.

Given the diverse learning levels within the classroom, the successful candidate must possess strong differentiation skills and the capability to foster an inclusive educational environment.

Requirements for Numeracy Educator:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Proven ability to enhance the confidence, communication, behavior, and social skills of students aged 11-16
