Reporting directly to the Regional Financial Controller, and collaborating closely with the Plant Manager, this role leads the local finance team at Rotork Group's most significant facility. Embracing a Business Partner methodology, you will ensure precise reporting of all site management and statutory financial statements, along with the development and assessment of all business forecasts, Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs), and Annual Operating Plans (AOPs).
This role is perfect for a motivated and innovative finance professional eager to implement transformative changes within a progressive organization.
QualificationsPreferred Experience
- At least 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering context.
- Possession of a recognized professional finance certification.
- Experience managing the financial implications and outcomes of various business or commercial challenges, with a proven ability to assess financial areas and identify control deficiencies, proposing actionable improvements.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with both direct and indirect reporting structures.
- Familiarity with Accounting for Lean Manufacturing is advantageous.
- Proficient in spreadsheet applications, MS Office, and various ERP systems, with knowledge of financial consolidation tools such as SAP BPC and Hyperion.
