About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The National Autistic Society. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to autistic individuals in our residential services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals in achieving independence and personal goals
  • Support and transport individuals to integrate into their community
  • Develop individuals' home-making skills and personal chores
  • Transform lives and achieve results for autistic adults
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be resilient, supportive, and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. You will also need to be passionate, patient, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our service users.
