Salary: £38,000 - £39,500 plus benefits package (Including 21 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays, + Overtime)

Company Overview:
  • Join a prominent nationwide Facilities Management organization.
Role Overview:
  • Engage in a mobile role focusing on commercial properties.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Responsible for Planned Preventative Maintenance, reactive and breakdown tasks related to electrical systems (including emergency lighting, fire alarms, servicing, etc.).
  • Work independently to ensure high standards of service.
Qualifications Required:
  • We are interested in candidates who possess electrical qualifications such as C&G Levels 2, 3 or Parts 1 and 2, along with the 18th Edition IEE Regulations.
  • Experience in maintaining a variety of electrical services is essential.
  • Prior experience in a commercial environment is advantageous.
