We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Reception Coordinator to become a vital part of our team.
This role involves working 28 to 37 hours per week, with a competitive salary.
The ideal candidate will manage the front desk operations, handle incoming calls, and interact with patients in a professional manner. Responsibilities will also include managing prescriptions and providing comprehensive support to the healthcare team.
Previous experience in a healthcare reception environment is essential, along with familiarity with relevant software systems.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities, multitasking skills, and a professional attitude. This position requires both independent work and collaboration with the reception team, ensuring confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Reception Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Welcoming patients and addressing their inquiries with professionalism.
- Managing incoming calls, gathering necessary information from patients, and accurately documenting interactions.
- Utilizing the healthcare management software to ensure all patient information is recorded and processed correctly.
- Following up on urgent matters to ensure timely resolution.
- Handling various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Engaging in training and development opportunities to enhance personal and team skills.
- Maintaining an organized and tidy reception area.
- Providing outstanding service to all patients and visitors.

- Adhering to all guidelines outlined in the Staff Handbook.

Qualifications
