Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Company: A leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to fill a key role in their team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance production.
- Complete accurate and detailed documentation, including maintenance reports and work orders, to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pumps, conveyors, gears, and bearings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced industrial environment, with regular exposure to mechanical systems and equipment.
Compensation and Benefits:
This is a temporary-to-permanent position, offering a competitive hourly rate ranging from 13.00, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
